Excellent camping. The proprietor is a very friendly gentleman, and this is a great place to relax. It is a bit away from town, which makes it nice and quiet.

Pretty run-down and grimy place. The bungalows looked ok, but for tent camping we shared a piece of dirt with a non-functioning fountain!
Akkakus

Excellent spot for wild camping near the "Arch" (N24 41.100 E10 37.900), 100m away.

Another great wild camp, near the northern end of the ranges.
North of Mizdah
N31 59.735 E12 57.001
Wild camp in a field north of Mizdah. The owner showed up and invited us to sleep at his house, unfortunately we were already setup and ready to crash. Not recommended without a guide as it is near the street and exposed.
East of Marsa al Burayqah

Parked on the side of the road basically. Not a very good spot.
