Here are the routes (tracks) which I have
taken as well as the downloadable files (read below), containing
the waypoints and tracks which might be of interest if you are planning
on visiting any of the countries covered.

I have replaced the GDB files with GPX files for wider implementations, for example if you have Google earth, just drop the GPX file on it and it will show you the track and waypoints on the globe. Also if you tilt the globe you will see the terrain profile, which is really cool..

Each file contains all the tracks and waypoints
I have collected for the country. The waypoints and tracks for the
most part have been collected by me. Please read the TERMS
